Millfield’s Library is an impressive open plan building on three floors. The Library is an ideal study and resource centre designed to meet the needs of the students. The tutor in charge of the Library is also a member of the English Department and he heads a team of eight librarians including a tutor librarian responsible for supporting students with their research work using both the considerable text resources and the first class computer facilities.
The Library also provides excellent leisure facilities for Millfield students including a substantial range of newspapers and magazines as well as over 800 DVDs and an expanding stock of music and spoken word CDs. The Library is justifiably proud of its exciting range of displays and a visit at any time of the day will reveal a busy and vibrant atmosphere.
