
This is an exciting opportunity for Sixth Form pupils to participate in an internationally recognised course that will enable them to cook and create a range of dishes confidently and efficiently. The course runs over five terms and is constantly monitored by Leith’s own chefs from the Leith’s School of Food and Wine in London.
The course equips pupils with a valuable life skill and ensures that they are able to apply for a variety of jobs requiring cooking skills, e.g. Gap year positions in ski chalets, yachts, shooting lodges, restaurants etc. This course provides an excellent foundation for all food related careers.
Pupils complete the CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene as part of their course.
