Critical Thinking

Critical Thinking (Sixth Form)

Critical thinking is a relatively new, absolutely fabulous subject in which students analyse and evaluate the structure and the content of arguments. This subject is a series of techniques rather than a body of knowledge; as such, the lessons tend to involve the practical application of thinking skills to actual specific arguments, rather than the learning of facts.

The lessons are interactive, the material is stimulating, the students are bright.

Since logic underpins all other subjects, the skills learned in Critical Thinking are highly relevant to all other areas of the curriculum.
