Working and living alongside students of other nationalities and cultures is regarded as being a valuable learning experience at Millfield. In a school that represents over 54 different nationalities, learning opportunities for all students are endless.

Full integration is undeniable with students from a variety of countries living together in boarding houses and sharing all aspects of school life.

All dietary needs are catered for in the School’s Dining Hall with a daily range of options available including meals for vegetarians. Muslim, Jewish and Catholic dinners are provided for students once a term. They are usually hosted by the Reverend (except for Catholics) and include a service/ceremony in the chapel prior to dining. Visits to cultural events and places of interest are on offer to international students on holiday courses run by Millfield English Language School. Favourites include the ancient Roman town of Bath, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves.
