Art, Music, Drama and Dance are a vibrant part of school life. This is apparent by the outstanding and well-equipped facilities designed to extend pupils opportunities and experiences.
A purpose-built Music centre provides Millfield’s many choirs, orchestras and instrumental groups with a concert hall, practice rooms and dance studio.
The Atkinson Gallery mounts exhibitions of distinguished British and international artists throughout the year including the Millfield annual National Art competition and exhibition held there each summer. The Meyer Theatre with a seating capacity of 600, provides an excellent venue for concerts and performances. Millfield is proud of its various shows, enjoyed by many throughout the year. The School Play is one of the annual highlights along with the spring term Dance Show which involves pupils dancing in a variety of styles.
