Millfield is known for its strong academic reputation and world-class facilities. I wanted to seek both personal growth and academic achievement and knew I could achieve both here.

 My favourite thing about Millfield is the close friendships I have developed, its like having a second family.

I am studying media, photography and history, I hope to study Film at University and forge a successful career within the Film Industry. What I love about photography is that it challenges me to see things from different perspectives. It also allows me to document moments and places in a way that feels personal.

Outside of the classroom I have participated in swimming, singing, photography, and playing the guitar. I have been playing the guitar since I was eleven years old. At Millfield, I developed my music skills through weekly lessons and the facilities the school provides. I have performed at multiple Johnson Sessions which has helped me build my confidence.

The school will challenge you and has subsequently taught me a strong work ethic and time management skills. It provides amazing opportunities for sport and music. It has a diverse and inclusive culture which has enriched and broadened my perspectives. Boarding life has enriched my independence and has enabled me to meet friends for life.
