Noah

Upper Sixth (joined in Lower Sixth)

I chose to come to Millfield due to the exceptional level of coaching and sport I knew I would receive. I was looking for the next level up from my previous school and Millfield ticked all the boxes. I had heard about Millfield and my sister came to Millfield Prep for a couple of years.

Millfield is different to other schools. It allows you to complete an array of co-curricular activities all year round.

I was a Captain of School in the autumn term, it was such an honour to be chosen to represent the student body alongside Catrin. I am studying A levels in maths, economics and PE and am applying to the US so I can continue to amalgamate my passion for education, sports and the arts.

Alongside my studies, I am a keen rugby player, athlete (400m hurdler), dancer and self-taught pianist. I recently got my rugby first team cap at the St Joseph’s Festival where we won the tournament for a record eighth time, that was very special! I dance in multiple shows a year and am also a dance captain this year and will be playing the prince in our adaptation of Cinderella this term. I also performed in the Millfield Musician of the Year competition and the annual showcase which raises money for our school charities.

My favourite thing about Millfield is that I am surrounded by like-minded people who are determined to achieve highly and excel in their given disciplines. It creates an atmosphere of drive and passion and can be seen with the outstanding results Millfield achieve in almost every single area.
