Year 5 (joined in Reception)

 

I started Millfield Prep when I was 4 years old in Reception class in Pre-Prep and it’s been great! Art and Games are my favourite subjects. In Art last week we drew the Firebird in pastels, which was really fun, and next week we are going to do a papier mâché Earth, which will be really cool!  

I love all sport. I especially enjoy playing matches against other schools. I have participated in sports for the last two years, including rugby and football. I love defending and tackling and one of my best buddies is Cupar, who is awesome at football. We are always talking and he makes me laugh a lot. 

My Year 5 teacher is Ms Gunner, who also happens to be my swimming teacher and is my favourite person in the school. She loves Harry Potter like I do. Ms Gunner always encourages me to be myself, is super kind and makes my lessons and learning fun.   

I hope to start playing the acoustic guitar this term, as well as improving my goal-shooting in football.
