  • Long service leave - For every three full years a member of support staff has has continuously served at the school, an additional day’s annual leave is added to their core annual entitlement (25 days for a full time member of staff plus statutory bank holidays, pro-rated for part time staff) up to a ceiling of five extra days for staff who have worked for fifteen years or more


  • Access to on site physiotherapists for a nominal fee
  • Flu Jab contribution - staff members are entitled to a £13 contribution towards their annual flu jab. Those staff members over 60 or in a vulnerable category are entitled to a free flu jab
  • The school will reimburse employees up to £22 for eye tests every two years 
  • Employees may claim assistance towards glasses (up to a maximum of £50) where they are needed for significant VDU use and the optician confirms this in writing
