Millfield has 1,200 staff across the Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior Schools, working in a vast and varied range of roles from senior managers, teachers and sports coaches to cleaners, groundsmen and community officers. The diversity of the people and the range of skills that combine together to run our highly successful schools make the Millfield Community so unique. Boarding schools are 24/7 communities and our dedicated staff make it an extraordinary place on a daily basis. Here is a snapshot of why some of them enjoy being part of Millfield.

Millfield Prep is a very rewarding place to work. Obviously the facilities and resources are very impressive, but it is the people, colleagues (teaching & support) and students, that are the heart beat of the school and make every day stimulating, different and fun. Staff are trusted in their roles and students are given the time, support and space to hopefully fulfil their potential in all areas of school life.
