Millfield named UK’s number one school for England International Rugby Players

Leading independent school Millfield takes the crown for producing the most England International rugby players, with 44 since 1949. Millfield has a notable reputation for producing outstanding international rugby players, with former pupils including Chris Robshaw, Jonathan Joseph and Mako Vunipola to name a few.

MPS Guest Speakers

On Saturday, we enjoyed hosting our latest online event, which was a Millfield Prep School (Edgarley) reunion. EOMs from the 50s, 60s and 70s attended the event and we had a fantastic panel of guest speakers. Current Headmistress of Millfield Prep School, Shirley Shayler, and Heads of School, Will and Matilda, joined us, as well as two OMs who went to Edgarley in the 50s and 60s, Ingrid Marsh (1965-67; Edgarley, 1967-72; Day) and Christopher Tillson (1954-58; Edgarley, 1958-63; Day & Shapwick).

Grace Dunn

Grace Dunn (2012-2017; The Lakes) is a multidisciplinary filmmaker and actress, who engages in all areas of the filmmaking process. Last year, she produced her very own film, ‘A Delirious Eye’, in which she created every aspect. We asked Grace about her time at Millfield and her filmmaking career so far.
