Year 8 Pupil to Represent Team UK at the 2025 Karting Grand Finals

We are incredibly proud to share that Year 8 pupil Lucien has qualified to represent Team UK at the 2025 Karting Grand Finals - the biggest global event in the karting calendar.

Held in Bahrain from 29 November to 6 December, the world championship brings together 400 drivers from more than 60 countries, all of whom have earned their place by winning key qualifying events around the globe. The Grand Finals is a significant milestone for any young driver, with every category culminating in one world champion. The event is also broadcast internationally, making it a major stage for rising talent.

Lucien has been karting for six years, and his commitment, focus, and determination have been clear throughout his journey. His preparation for the Grand Finals has included both physical and mental training, ensuring he is ready to take on the challenge with confidence. Most recently, he secured P1 in his final UK event, racing on the same chassis he will use in Bahrain.

Representing Team UK at such a prestigious event is an outstanding achievement, and the whole school community is behind Lucien as he heads into competition.

We wish him the very best of luck and look forward to following his progress on the world stage.
