Millfield Headmaster, Gavin Horgan, said, “These fantastic results are a testament to all of our pupils’ hard work and dedication and the quality of teaching at Millfield. I’m delighted to see so many multi-talented pupils amongst the names listed in our top achievers; not only have they done well academically, but they have also excelled in music, sport and co-curricular activities as well. Amongst our top achievers are a pianist, cellist, singer, a Hickstead Championship winning horse-rider, a representative for the UK team at the European Girls’ Mathematical Olympiad, an England age-group hockey player, a nationally ranked tennis player and a county academy female cricketer. On behalf of the school, I wish all Year 11 pupils’ success as they embark on the next stage of their education.”
