Clay Shooting
Clay Shooting is flourishing at Millfield, the squad being one of the foremost in the UK. All students are welcome to join regardless of their age or ability. Currently 35 students shoot at each session, whilst around 50 students shoot at some point during the year.
Under the guidance of our six coaches, students are able to develop their skills whilst having the opportunity to compete in numerous fixtures and competitions such as the English and Scottish Schools Nationals.
Coaching is held at Mendip Shooting Ground near Wells, where in addition to the extensive sporting layout students have access to skeet, DTL and UT facilities.
