Tennis
Millfield’s Tennis Academy is fully equipped to meet the demands of students of any age and ability. Recreational players have the chance to represent Millfield in regular games against local schools and to train up to three times a week during the Summer Term. Individual tuition from one of the school's LTA licensed coaches is available throughout the year.
As the leading co-educational tennis school in the country, Millfield Tennis Academy provides sport and academic education, Athletic Development training, individual lessons, sports science and tournament support. These are all included in the High Performance Programme, led by LTA coaches with a proven track record of players going on to be awarded scholarships in the US and playing professional tennis.
Millfield competes in various tournaments (LTA, ITF and ETA) and fixtures against other academies, counties, clubs and universities. We run summer camps for established junior players, aged 8 - 14, which are open to the public.
